In October 2022, Semantic Hub presented the results of the joint project with Austrian organisation NF Kinder at NF Euro Conference 2022 in Manchester, UK. Deep semantic analysis has been used to analyse unmet needs of NF patients and their caregivers in Austria based on their anonymised stories shared online in public groups in order to extract examples of patient language and suggest ways to optimise NF patient experience and journey.
